By purchasing or accessing our content you agree to these terms. DelphFoun is the commercial brand for this website builder; purchases and support are currently operated by Unit Foun, LLC.
1. Digital product
DelphFoun provides online software that generates and hosts websites for businesses of any segment, according to the selected plan. No physical goods are shipped.
Access is delivered online. Availability and access details must be confirmed before payment.
2. License of use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to study the material for your own learning.
Copying, reselling, redistributing, publicly broadcasting, printing for commercial use or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Access, hosting and updates
Each plan includes 12 months of hosting for the sites it covers. Sites can be exported at any time during that period.
The Complete plan includes 12 months of product updates and priority support. Any continuation after that period requires your explicit agreement.
4. Prices and plans
Plans are $19, $39, $55, $110, $145 and $230 in United States dollars, paid once. Included features vary by plan; no automatic renewal is agreed to on this page.
Domain registration fees charged by third-party registrars are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Responsible use
You are responsible for the content you publish. Do not use DelphFoun to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
Review AI-generated text and images for accuracy and rights before publishing.
6. Support
Support is provided online only, by email at hello@unitfoun.com, normally within 24 business hours.
Support covers access issues, content questions and guidance on the website builder projects. It does not include developing custom commercial projects for you.
7. Limitation of liability
DelphFoun is a software tool and does not guarantee traffic, sales or any commercial outcome.
Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid, subject to applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version applies from its publication date on this page.
